In order to improve our aftersales process, please closely follow the following steps:

2. Carefully read conditions (May you have any questions, please contact us)

3. Complete the form and precisely explain issues you have encountered and tests you have made

4. Send the form to sav@greenvillage.fr

5. After we check the form you have sent us, we will send you a Return Number by email

6. Send your products with a copy of the form and the return number written on the parcel to:

We will take care as soon as possible.

For other countries than France mainland, aftersales products will be returned to you in next order.
