When using a new Sceptre 2 cartridge for the first time, you will need to allow at least 5 minutes of pause time after filling for the resistor to soak up the e-liquid. Filling the cartridge is simple. Just remove the tank from the Sceptre 2 pod, carefully open the silicone cap on the side, pour in the contents of your e-liquid bottle and close the contents.
